About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative at CB Canada. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of inside sales to customers that enter the dealership, as well as the rental counter.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming rental inquiries and maximize fleet utilization by managing available and incoming rental units.
- Be an initial point of contact for customers and assist them with their needs.
- Communicate with customers, make outbound calls to potential customers, and follow up on leads.
- Understand customers' needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Closing sales and following up with customers.
- Manage rental operations ensuring correct, accurate billing, as well as correct product availability and delivery.
- Ensure all rental problems listed by customers are addressed according to company policy.
- Maintain a positive company/customer relationship.
- Administer and maintain adequate, neat, clean, and safe rental area, equipment, yard, and units.
- Develop and maintain competent product knowledge of all current units rented.
Requirements
- 1 – 2 years' customer service experience with a history of exceeding customer's expectations.
- High School Diploma.
- Valid class 5 Drivers License and clean Drivers Abstract.
- Energetic and friendly with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize workload in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge and experience with MS Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of CDK software considered an asset.
