Join Our Team as an Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative - Remote Work Available
Are you passionate about sales and building relationships? We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Inside Sales Representative to join our energetic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, promoting our products/services, and closing sales deals. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to excel in your role from the comfort of your home while contributing to our company's success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and social media platforms.
- Educate potential clients on our products/services and articulate their benefits.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities in CRM software.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM software is a plus.
