**About the Position:** As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with our Branch Manager, Outside Sales Team, and Warehouse staff to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.

  • Handle customer inquiries and sales calls professionally and efficiently
  • Educate customers on product features and benefits to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, and assist with job quotes and pricing
  • Increase sales and order size through cross-selling, upselling, and promotions
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to stay up-to-date on industry trends and build relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Refer sales leads to Outside Sales Representative for further action
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and credits, cross-verify invoices daily to prevent shipping errors
  • Maintain an updated sales database with pricing and specifications
  • Coordinate shipping with the Branch Manager, ensuring backorders are managed and special instructions are followed
  • Take part in the annual inventory count and other company-wide initiatives

**About the Ideal Candidate:** If you possess:

  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the HVAC industry
  • A willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • High emotional intelligence and business ethics
