Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at GEOSAT ELECTRONICS LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and appointments as needed.
  • Office Management
    • Manage office supplies, maintain inventory, and ensure that the office is well-stocked and organized.
    • Develop and implement office procedures and routines to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
    • Work with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
  • Data Entry and Bookkeeping
    • Enter data into our database and maintain accurate records.
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
