About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Grandview Management Corp. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments for senior management and other staff members
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries as needed
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Respond to incoming emails and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
    • Prepare and send correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to senior management and other staff members as needed
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

  • Language
    • Fluency in English

    • Availability to work 40 hours per week
