About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at CRU CONSTRUCTION INC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities, prepare production and other reports, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Site Supervision: Supervise workers and projects, ensure health and safety regulations are followed, and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Material Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, and ensure that they are delivered to the site on time.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and instruct individuals, and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with team members, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are completed successfully.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a construction supervisory role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge of construction practices and regulations.
