Job Title: Wellness Nurse

At Sunrise Senior Living, we are committed to providing exceptional care and services to our residents. As a Wellness Nurse, you will play a vital role in promoting the overall well-being of our residents.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular wellness visits for all residents to assess their health and wellness needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Collaborate with the Resident Care Director to ensure that all residents receive high-quality care and services.
  • Monitor and report any changes in a resident's health status to the Resident Care Director and other relevant staff members.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families on health and wellness topics.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure that our services meet the highest standards of quality and care.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Current state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in senior living or long-term care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of nursing practices, techniques, and methods applied to health and wellness resident care.
