About the Role

We are looking for a Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care to our clients in their homes and communities. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for creating Happier Aging experiences for our clients, working collaboratively with our Care Designers to develop and implement personalized care plans, and providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care in home and community settings
  • Collaborate with Care Designers to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop care plans that meet the unique needs of each client
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care
Requirements
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse in the province/territory
  • 1 year of recent experience in gerontological nursing
  • Up-to-date CPR and First Aid certification
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
