Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Administrator to oversee the daily operations of our office, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, purchasing supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling appointments, greeting clients, purchasing supplies, and maintaining a clean and well-organized workspace.
  • Client Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, answering calls, and onboarding new clients. Ensure all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
  • Team Support: Assist with onboarding new employees, organizing team meetings, and maintaining office policies and procedures.
  • Financial Management: Assist with vendor accounts, paying vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records.
  • Personal Tax Season: Act as the main point of contact for clients during personal tax season, communicating process, receiving submissions, and responding to client inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. MS Office) and office management tools. Ability to learn how to use new software.
  • Knowledge of HR and business services industry is a plus.
