Job Description

**Regional Director, International Operations**

**Job Summary**

Accreditation Canada International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our International Accreditation team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and design of our international accreditation program, with a focus on excellence in service delivery and client retention.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality accreditation services to international clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and improvement.

**Requirements**

  • Master's degree in a related field such as International Relations, Healthcare Administration, and/or Business Administration.
  • Strong transformative leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and develop teams.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and competency in continuous quality improvement.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Strong knowledge of the international accreditation landscape.
  • Experience in leading senior health care professionals.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
