Job Description

**Regional Director, International Operations**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Director to lead our International Operations team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the strategy and design of our international accreditation program, with a focus on excellence in service delivery and client retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and client satisfaction, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality services to our international clients.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with existing and new international clients to drive business growth and retention.
  • Continuous Quality Improvement: Develop and implement processes to ensure continuous quality improvement and excellence in service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in a related field such as International Relations, Healthcare Administration, and/or Business Administration.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven experience in leading senior healthcare professionals and managing teams.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Demonstrated knowledge and competency in continuous quality improvement, project management, and strategic planning.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • International Accreditation Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the international accreditation landscape and experience in leading senior healthcare professionals.
  • Language Skills: Bilingualism (French and English) is considered an asset.
  • Performance Management: Ability to set performance and learning objectives for the year.
  • Benefits: Access to time off programs, including office shutdown during the last week of December.
