Job Description

Job Title: Regional Director, International Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Regional Director, International Operations to lead our international accreditation team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of strategic planning, team leadership, and client relationship management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Planning and Execution: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive business growth and client retention.
  • Landscape Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and issues in the healthcare landscape and ensure our organization is well-positioned to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead the delivery of programs and services, ensuring high-quality outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Partnerships: Build strong relationships with staff, clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business success.
  • Team Development: Lead and enable your team to deliver exceptional client services and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Master's degree in a related field such as International Relations, Healthcare Administration, and/or Business Administration.
  • Experience: 7+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong transformative leadership skills, proven ability to manage and develop teams, demonstrated knowledge and competency in continuous quality improvement, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, and excellent project management skills.
