Campus Marketing Representative

About Brand Momentum
Brand Momentum is on the lookout for enthusiastic student Influencer/Brand Advocates to represent our clients effectively.
Position Overview: We seek dynamic and sociable individuals to join our marketing team as Campus Guerrilla Sampling Representatives. This role entails interacting with fellow students to promote and distribute samples of our products/services. You will play a key role in crafting memorable experiences that resonate with your peers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Distribution: Share samples of our products/services with students in bustling areas around campus, such as common gathering spots and student facilities.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as the brand's representative, ensuring all interactions reflect positively on the company's image and values.
- Student Engagement: Start conversations with students, respond to inquiries, and provide insights about the products/services.
- Event Coordination: Work alongside the marketing team to plan and execute innovative sampling events that generate excitement.
- Feedback Collection: Gather insights from students regarding their experiences with the products/services and relay this information to the marketing team.
- Social Media Engagement: Motivate students to share their experiences online and actively engage in digital brand initiatives.
- Logistical Oversight: Ensure all materials and samples are organized, facilitating smooth event operations.
Qualifications:
- Outgoing Nature: Comfortable initiating conversations and engaging with individuals in diverse environments.
- Innovative Thinking: Ability to devise creative approaches to present products/services.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal skills with the capability to convey the brand message effectively.
- Dependability: Punctual, responsible, and capable of working autonomously.
- Campus Familiarity: Understanding of the campus layout and student dynamics is advantageous.
- Social Media Knowledge: Awareness of social media platforms and current trends.
Working Environment:
- This position requires mobility, including walking and standing for extended periods.
- Work may involve outdoor activities in varying weather conditions.
