Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team at LUMINOR Environmental Inc. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Order Processing: Enter orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Sales Development: Solicit repeat orders from current accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Customer Support: Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments, complete documentation, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Post-secondary education in business or communications is an asset.
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
