About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Development Representative to join our team at LUMINOR Environmental Inc. As a key member of our Sales and Marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Processing: Enter orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Sales Development: Solicit repeat orders from current accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and answer customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with current customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Administrative Tasks: Process payments, complete documentation, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, customer service, or marketing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Post-secondary education in business or communications is an asset.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Detail-oriented with high levels of organization.
