Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at A-1 Cash and Carry. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient warehouse operations
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse activities, inventory levels, and shipping schedules
  • Ensure the maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment and machinery
  • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
  • Establish and maintain inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Plan and coordinate the movement of products within the warehouse
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics role
  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
