Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Brick Warehouse. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train sales staff, including apprentices and design team members, to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service.
- Assign Sales Workers to Duties: Assign sales workers to duties, including sales floor coverage, customer service, and visual merchandising.
- Manage Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, and ensuring that stock levels are adequate to meet customer demand.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to help inform business decisions.
- Resolve Customer Issues: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Co-ordinate activities of sales staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail sales environment.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 44 hours per week.
The Brick Warehouse is a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing exceptional customer service. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be working in a non-smoking environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
