Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at The Brick Warehouse. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff
You will be responsible for supervising and training a team of sales staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and to meet sales targets.
Manage Store OperationsYou will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the store, including ordering merchandise, authorizing returns, and preparing reports on sales volumes and personnel matters.
Lead by ExampleYou will be expected to lead by example, demonstrating a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of your work.
Resolve IssuesYou will be responsible for resolving any issues that may arise, including customer complaints and supply shortages.
Organize and Maintain InventoryYou will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the store's inventory, ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements- 1-2 Years of Experience
You will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
Excellent Communication SkillsYou will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to communicate effectively with customers, staff, and management.
Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced EnvironmentYou will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
Ability to MultitaskYou will be able to multitask, prioritizing tasks and managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
