Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Train Staff: Supervise and train a team of sales staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
- Manage Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
- Drive Sales and Revenue: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and revenue growth, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations to improve sales performance.
- Manage Inventory and Stock: Manage inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, and ensuring that stock is accurately counted and stored.
- Provide Excellent Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, including responding to customer complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues across the organization to achieve business objectives and improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail management role
