Shape the Future of Human Resources at PSP Investments

We are seeking a strategic and driven Director, HR Strategy & Governance to partner with our Chief HR Officer in developing and executing impactful HR initiatives. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping our organizational culture and driving employee engagement and performance.

Your Impact:

  • Lead the development, analysis, and implementation of the comprehensive HR strategic plan, ensuring alignment with PSP Investments' overall business objectives.
  • Champion a consistent project management approach for key HR initiatives, driving successful execution and measurable results.
  • Monitor and communicate critical performance indicators, providing insightful data to inform decision-making and demonstrate the impact of HR strategies.
  • Proactively identify emerging HR challenges within the organization, developing innovative solutions to mitigate risks and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Foster effective communication channels within the HR team, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Contribute to cross-functional business projects and initiatives, leveraging your expertise to drive organizational success.
  • Collaborate on employee communication plans, ensuring clear and consistent messaging that resonates with our diverse workforce.
  • Champion continuous learning and development within the HR team, aligning skillsets with evolving business needs.

Your Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Human Resources or a related field within a dynamic organization.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with a proven ability to build strong partnerships across all levels.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, ensuring clear and concise messaging to diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated project management expertise and business acumen in a global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively under pressure.
  • Creative, strategic, and visionary mindset, with a passion for driving positive change within an organization.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
  • Proficiency in creating high-quality PowerPoint presentations.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and French.
