GroupM is seeking a seasoned and accomplished HR Business Partner to contribute to our dynamic Talent & Culture team.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director to cultivate a positive employee experience and actively participate in strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance and support to managers regarding organizational planning strategies.
  • Analyze HR trends and metrics to inform data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate effectively with HR leads across various agencies to ensure operational excellence and alignment.
  • Spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing HR practices and implementing innovative programs.
  • Handle confidential HR matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Guarantee compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Work in tandem with Finance to manage employee compensation effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, enabling clear and concise interactions.
  • Experience thriving in a matrix organizational structure, demonstrating adaptability and collaboration.
  • Fluency in both French and English languages.
  • Demonstrated excellence in organizational skills and problem-solving abilities.
