Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team at goeasy Ltd. as an Office Specialist. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of HR principles, policies, and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultation and guidance to management on employee relations, performance management, and HR-related matters.
  • Develop and implement HR initiatives, such as performance management programs, employee engagement activities, and training programs.
  • Support the execution of HR projects, including policy development, employee communications, and benefits administration.
  • Partner with other teams within HR to leverage employee relations insights and enhance training programs, onboarding, talent acquisition, rewards, and culture.
  • Assist employees and management with the interpretation of Company policies and respond to inquiries and concerns.
  • University/college degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Broad experience in policy and legislation interpretation, customer service, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills and attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines, and sensitive projects.
  • Advanced computer skills, and knowledge and expertise in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems is preferred.
