About the Role

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the business and ensuring the successful implementation of our HR strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • HR Business Partner
    • Partner with business leaders to understand their HR needs and develop strategic solutions to address them.
    • Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including labour relations, employee engagement, and talent management.
    • Develop and implement HR initiatives and programs to support business objectives.
  • Labour Relations
    • Manage and resolve complex labour relations issues, including grievances, arbitrations, and collective agreement negotiations.
    • Conduct thorough investigations and provide recommendations to management.
    • Develop and implement labour relations strategies to maintain positive employee relations and minimize conflict.
  • HR Operations
    • Manage HR transactions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
    • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
    • Provide HR support to management and employees, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Experience
      • At least 10 years of experience in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a business partner or labour relations role.
    • Skills
      • Proven experience in labour relations, employee engagement, and talent management.
      • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
      • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
      • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
