Key Responsibilities
  1. Build Strategic Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with business leaders to become a trusted advisor and partner in driving business success.
  2. Provide HR Support: Offer strategic and operational HR support in areas such as performance management, recruitment, employee relations, and talent development.
  3. Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement, retention, and development.
  4. Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding processes for multiple divisions nationally.
  5. HR Process Management: Execute core HR processes, including talent review, annual salary review, variable pay programs, and performance management.
  6. Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to policies and practices.
  7. Project Management: Apply project management methodologies and change management principles to effectively lead and/or support key HR projects.
  8. Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively in a team environment and have the ability to work self-directed, making independent decisions that may be complex in nature.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Experience: 3+ years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or Generalist role, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
  3. Certifications: CHRP professional certification preferred.
  4. Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, and solid understanding of HR management practices and employment legislation.
  5. Language Skills: Excellent English language skills in both verbal and written communication. French language skills are an asset.
  6. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
