As a Franchise Operations Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in delivering specialized advisory services to franchise operators of Circle K stores within your designated region. Your expertise is essential in enhancing profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining brand integrity.

Core Responsibilities:
  • Guide franchisees in effectively utilizing promotional and merchandising resources.
  • Evaluate adherence to merchandise agreements to secure optimal discounts and rebates.
  • Analyze sales data with franchisees to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Perform store evaluations to uphold cleanliness and operational standards.
  • Assist in resolving vendor-related disputes.
  • Support strategies for franchise expansion.
  • Advise on retail pricing modifications based on market dynamics.
  • Facilitate the launch of new stores and transitions of existing locations.
  • Collaborate on marketing and advertising initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise consulting.
  • Background in retail management, merchandising, and marketing.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proven ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.
