Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team at COBRA SECURITY SERVICES LTD.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Supervision: Oversee the daily activities of security guards, ensuring they are performing their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Emergency Response: Handle emergency situations with professionalism and poise, making sound decisions to ensure the safety of clients and staff.
- Training and Development: Train and mentor security guards in job duties, safety procedures, and best practices.
- Operations Management: Coordinate activities with other departments, ensuring smooth operation of equipment and machinery.
- Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
- Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisition materials and supplies, and maintain accurate records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the security industry.
- Language: English.
