Costing and Pricing Financial Analyst

In this role, reporting to the Manager of Commercial Finance, the Financial Analyst will provide essential analytical support for customer development initiatives.

This position entails conducting Costing and Pricing Analysis for both new and existing opportunities, as well as evaluating Financials related to Product and Customer Performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and support the commercialization process for new and existing opportunities.
  • Generate periodic reports for customers.
  • Manage various SAP data, including Customer Pricing, Promotional Accrual rates, and Customer Material Master.
  • Assist in the Budgeting process concerning Pricing and customer accruals.
  • Collaborate with various teams throughout the project lifecycle for Costing-related analysis.
  • Develop and analyze cost/market details to provide pricing recommendations for customer quotes.
  • Conduct Customer/Product Margin Analysis and offer insights and pricing recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in analytics and create new reports and dashboards to enhance the team's analytical capabilities.
  • Aid in the preparation of materials for periodic, quarterly, and annual financial reviews for senior management.

Required Experience /

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant analytical experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • A self-motivated individual capable of managing multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain and interpret data effectively.
  • Experience with SAP is advantageous but not mandatory.
