Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled Maximo Functional Analyst to join our team. As a Maximo Functional Analyst, you will be responsible for interpreting our strategic vision and ensuring our team understands it. You will also provide Maximo expertise related to configuration, customization, and reporting, and assist with Maximo updates and deployments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret strategic vision and ensure team understanding
  • Provide Maximo expertise for configuration, customization, and reporting
  • Assist with Maximo updates and deployments
  • Manage backlog and ensure priorities and information are accurate and aligned with strategy
  • Communicate team commitments with BRM
  • Meet regularly with business and BRM to align on new demands and receive feedback from deliveries
  • Organize team activities collaboratively
  • Document end-to-end processes for business and help desk
  • Work with BA's to ensure business requirements are clear
  • Break down business requirements into user stories and ready work for team
  • Organize and facilitate regular team ceremonies

Requirements

  • University degree in a field related to IT
  • 5 years of experience in a functional analyst position; Knowledge or experience of an ERP information system
  • Maximo Certifications (Administrator, Deployment, Asset Management)
  • Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector
  • Experience with relational databases (SQL)
  • Experience in the implementation of information systems from A to Z and process analysis
  • Perfectly bilingual (French / English)
  • Experience with the Agile approach
  • Valid driver's license; Available for travel locally and internationally (20%) and legally authorized to travel abroad
