**YOUR MISSION**

As an **IT Functional Analyst**, under the responsibility of the director of business solutions delivery, you are responsible for developing, maintaining and evolving the business relationship between IT Services and business units. matters under his responsibility. You review business needs and processes. You ensure the certification of the delivered solution, including support for customer acceptance. Among other things, you will have to:

- Understand the business and organizational issues of the clients served to support them proactively and with added value; analyze and model business processes;
- Translate business, operational and functional requirements to delivery teams;
- Identify the stakeholders, analyze and measure the impacts (including the benefits) of whether the changes materialize and contribute to determining the risks and issues;
- Contribute to estimating the magnitude of demands in terms of cost and effort;
- Supervise the development and monitor the activities carried out by the IT service provider;
- In collaboration with the solution architect, ensure the relevance and alignment of the proposed solutions according to business needs and quality assurance criteria before delivery to users;
- Support users during the implementation and post-implementation process.
- Conduct client health assessments to ensure proper use of the system and adoption of best practices by clients.

**YOUR UNIQUE EXPERTISE**

- A minimum of 6 years of experience in an advisory role with business sectors with a view to aligning "functional needs - IT solutions”.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science or any other related field.
- IIBA or other functional analysis certification is an asset.
- Mastery of business process analysis and software development cycles.
- Skills in gap analysis of existing systems and software to identify areas for improvement.
- Ability to produce feasibility studies, impact analysis, level of effort and deployment etc.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to present analysis results and develop plans detailing technological solutions to improve procedures and functionality.
- Group facilitation skills, acting as a meeting facilitator, brainstorming techniques, etc.
- Initiative, autonomy, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to maintain effective business relationships and networking.
- Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple files simultaneously.
- Bilingualism (French and English) English skills are required, as the person will be required to collaborate and support an English-speaking clientele.
