**Your role in a nutshell**:
We’re looking for a Functional IT Analyst/BA within the scope of a client project - the resource **must be fluent in French, **can be **fully remote or hybrid in the Montreal region**, and be authorized to work in Canada

**A day in the life of our Functional IT Analyst/BA**:

- Determine customer requirements following needs analysis meetings.
- Design and propose solutions.
- Produce and update functional analysis documentation.
- Assist in defining the technology roadmap.
- Participate in the evaluation of the time and budget of initiatives.
- Assist programmers during the implementation phase.
- Prepare and execute functional and integrated tests and support acceptance tests.

**We want you to have**:

- University degree or college diploma in computer science or other related training.
- Experience in BSS and OSS systems.
- Autonomy in learning new systems.
- Analytical and synthesis skills.
- Ability to communicate knowledge to the general public.
- Organizational and service skills, and concern for quality.
- Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
