Job Summary

The Director of Ticket Sales & Service is a key member of the Abbotsford Canucks & Abbotsford Centre team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for ticket sales, membership services, and single-game sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor ticket sales staff to achieve departmental goals and individual development plans
  • Execute sales plans for full-season, partial-season, group tickets, and single-game sales
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement technology tools
  • Work closely with executives on initiatives aligning with organizational strategic objectives
  • Support sales goals, retention plans, and department member and service strategies
  • Contribute to strategic planning and serve as a responsible member of the ticketing team

Membership Services

  • Coach, lead, and mentor the membership team towards hitting department goals and individual development plans
  • Manage select membership accounts and work closely with the membership team lead
  • Execute new member onboarding plans and work with the membership sales team
  • Collaborate with the business intelligence team to build CRM tracking, data collection, and analytics
  • Act as primary problem solver for member concerns and liaison between teams on event day operational and service requirements
