The Director of Ticket Sales and Service is a key member of the Abbotsford Canucks and Abbotsford Centre team, responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans for Membership, Flex, Partial, and Group Sales, as well as single game sales. This role requires a strong leader who can coach, lead, and mentor the ticket sales staff to achieve department goals and individual development plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product sales plans, including full season, partial season, group tickets, and single game ticket sales.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement technology tools, such as CRM systems.
  • Work closely with Abbotsford executives to align initiatives with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Support overall department member and service renewal strategies.
  • Serve as a committed and responsible member of the ticketing team, contributing to the strategic planning process.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in ticket sales and service, preferably in a sports or entertainment industry.
