- Lease Compliance: Ensure that all terms of lease agreements are adhered to, safeguarding the interests of both owners and tenants.
- Staff Management: Recruit and oversee support personnel responsible for operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
- Contract Administration: Prepare and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate the execution of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects to enhance property value.
- Progress Monitoring: Track the progress and costs associated with property work to ensure budget adherence.
- Financial Record Keeping: Compile and maintain detailed records of operating expenses and income for accurate financial reporting.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive expense and income reports for property owners.
- Client Relations: Ensure timely responses to inquiries and trouble calls from clients or tenants.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in property management or a related field.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Work Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
