We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at FORYOU REAL ESTATE INC.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and approve rental or lease agreements on behalf of property owners
  • Ensure lease terms are met and monitor progress and cost of work
  • Supervise support staff performing operational, clerical, or maintenance duties
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, such as maintenance
  • Coordinate implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation
  • Compile and maintain records on operating expenses and income
  • Prepare expense and income reports
  • Respond to trouble calls from clients or tenants
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
