Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with planning and executing wine club events and promotions.
  • Coordinate the preparation and shipping of wine club packages.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality management.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
