Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Wine Club Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for driving hospitality efforts, supporting customer service, and managing administrative duties and fulfillment operations for our East direct to consumer and wine club businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage DTC email inboxes and phone line, and communicate effectively with wine club and e-commerce consumers in a fast-paced environment.
  • Assist with planning and executing wine club and direct to consumer events.
  • Assist with printing marketing materials, wine club membership cards, and package inserts, and work with winery managers to keep consumer touchpoints at the wineries updated.
  • Assist with picking, packing, and shipping for e-commerce orders and wine club shipments for the Eastern DTC websites.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or hospitality management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation

Budgeted range: $46,090 - $59,646. Base pay is only one component of the total rewards offering at Arterra.
