Responsibilities
  • Client Engagement: Prepare, facilitate, and participate in client meetings and workshops to understand their business landscape and challenges.
  • Research and Analysis: Perform complex and detailed research and analysis, and synthesize and present recommendations.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust-based relationships with client stakeholders and ensure a high degree of alignment and understanding of problems and their solutions.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop impactful strategies and deliver compelling solutions that add value, improve performance, reduce costs, drive growth, and mitigate risk.
  • Project Planning and Delivery: Develop requirements and business processes, and support project planning, management, and delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to think innovatively, strategically, and creatively.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
  • Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, modeling, and research skills.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business/systems analysis methodologies.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to think, write, and present in complex ideas in a logical and structured manner.
  • Collaboration: Ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
