Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at FASTSIGNS. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the marketing area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales and marketing plan to meet both personal and business goals.
  • Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, developing a database of qualified leads through referrals, direct mail, and email.
  • Proposal Development: Consult with customers to determine project needs and solutions, developing and presenting proposals to meet customer requirements.
  • Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the center's management and support teams to achieve customer satisfaction and revenue generation.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research, competitive shops, and customer surveys to stay up-to-date on industry trends and customer needs.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in the signage and visual communications industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in sales and marketing software.

Working Conditions: This position is based in a light manufacturing environment, with a normal working schedule.
