  • Manage food inventory and supplies, ensuring accurate records and timely restocking
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food production and service
  • Adhere to all food safety and handling procedures, ensuring a safe working environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Kitchen Manager

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a full-service restaurant or kitchen environment
  • FOODSAFE Level 1 certification
  • Strong knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety protocols
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other physical demands of the role
  • Commitment to a safe working environment and adherence to company policies and procedures
