We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Professional to join our team at 1391049 B.C. Ltd. as a Kitchen Operations Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Menu Planning and Preparation
Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers and align with our company's culinary vision.
Staff SupervisionLead and manage a team of kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are working efficiently and effectively.
Inventory ManagementOversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.
Quality ControlInspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
Training and DevelopmentTrain and develop kitchen staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food, as well as other culinary skills.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
Experience2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
LanguageFluent in English
Work Hours40 hours per week
