About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lawn Care Supervisor to join our team at PB10 Construction & Landscaping. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planting, maintenance, and upkeep of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring high-quality results and adherence to company standards.
  • Staff Supervision: Hire, supervise, and schedule staff to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and prioritize planting and maintenance tasks to meet deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
  • Planning and Estimation: Plan and estimate labor and materials required for projects, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate work records and logs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support grounds maintenance operations.
Support for Diverse Groups
  • Mentorship Programs: Develop and implement mentorship programs that pair newcomers, refugees, and visible minorities with experienced employees, promoting cultural competency and inclusivity.
  • Youth Support: Offer mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth, providing a supportive and welcoming work environment.
  • Cultural Competency: Provide cultural competency training and awareness programs to all employees, fostering a culture of inclusivity and respect.
