Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Media Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our performance media team, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance advertising programs, analyzing and reporting on program results, and optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement performance advertising strategies to drive client objectives
- Analyze and report on campaign results, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns
- Manage and maintain testing and optimization roadmaps
- Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with clients
- Effectively analyze results, impact of optimizations, and tailor strategies accordingly
- Establish and document best practices for performance advertising
- Campaign trafficking, account quality assurance, and troubleshooting
- Budget, financial, and time management
- Insights mining
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in a digital media environment with paid search and/or performance social hands-on experience
- Experience with web-based applications, digital advertising systems, and analytics programs (Adwords, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager)
- Experience in optimization towards conversions and tracking
- Team player with a proactive attitude and burning desire to succeed
- Driven by a curiosity of leveraging AI tools to advance client work and objectives
