Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a daily sales plan to drive business results and meet sales targets.
  • Coach and develop a high-performing team by setting clear expectations, providing ongoing feedback, and identifying opportunities for growth and development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders to drive business results and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to inform business decisions and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Proven track record of business growth and exceptional customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated interest in or involvement in sports or the sporting goods industry an asset.
