Position Overview
As a Sales Executive at GameDriver, you will play a pivotal role in driving awareness and understanding of our innovative solutions among potential clients. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy, a proactive mindset, and a strong drive for achievement. You will leverage your expertise in technology and value-based selling, combined with your proven experience in B2B sales, to effectively promote and deliver the GameDriver automated testing solution.
Your primary responsibility will be to meet or exceed revenue targets by engaging both new and existing clients, focusing on a carefully selected group of target accounts. You will utilize your extensive background, consultative selling abilities, and established relationships to connect with stakeholders and executive sponsors.
Additionally, you will oversee all aspects of the sales process, from identifying potential prospects and developing opportunities to collaborating with sales teams and executing account strategies. You will also be responsible for accurately forecasting sales and presenting compelling value propositions to potential clients, aligning strategically with their needs, and negotiating terms to finalize agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the GameDriver solution and the competitive landscape, identifying how we uniquely meet industry demands.
- Engage with prospects to educate them on how our solutions can address their specific challenges and help achieve their objectives.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure quota attainment.
- Follow a structured sales methodology to facilitate successful execution and drive new revenue.
- Lead a sales cycle focused on acquiring new clients, collaborating with industry experts as needed.
- Implement an account-based selling strategy with support from a dedicated Sales Development Representative.
- Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and ensure adequate pipeline coverage.
- Collaborate with a network of solution partners to enhance market reach and influence buying decisions.
- Deliver solutions that exceed customer expectations, fostering strong relationships that contribute to business growth.
- Be prepared to travel as necessary (approximately 25%).
- Achieve your sales targets consistently.
Qualifications:
Must possess the following experience and skills:
- Previous experience as a Sales Development Representative or Business Development Representative, with formal training from recognized programs.
- 2-5 years of experience in software sales with a proven track record of meeting quotas.
- Expertise in managing complex sales cycles and closing deals with emerging market clients.
- Demonstrated success in sales, including revenue generation and proactive territory management.
- Strong sales skills, with training in methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar.
- Ability to engage a diverse range of economic and technical stakeholders.
- Proficient in building and leveraging relationships with strategic partners.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Empathetic approach with strong negotiation and conflict resolution abilities.
- A passion for working in a dynamic, results-driven sales environment, particularly within a startup culture.

- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a business-related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and automated testing solutions is advantageous.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to software development teams.
- Knowledge of the video game industry.
- Basic understanding of game engines such as Unity or Unreal is a plus.
- Familiarity with Extended Reality (XR) technologies.
- Understanding of Digital Twin Modeling and Simulation.
- Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AI/ML) is beneficial.
