Office Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at M. Davis Landscape & Design Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Office Management: Establish and maintain effective office procedures and routines.
- Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
- Communication: Manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Filing Systems: Set up and oversee both manual and digital filing systems for information management.
- Database Maintenance: Manage and update our digital database effectively.
- Appointment Booking: Coordinate and book appointments as required.
Proficient in MS Office applications to support daily tasks and communications.
Personal Attributes- Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong time management abilities.
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
