Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at M. Davis Landscape & Design Inc. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our staff in various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce office policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Office Management: Establish and maintain effective office procedures and routines.
  • Appointment Coordination: Schedule and confirm meetings and appointments.
  • Communication: Manage incoming calls and relay messages promptly.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
  • Filing Systems: Set up and oversee both manual and digital filing systems for information management.
  • Database Maintenance: Manage and update our digital database effectively.
  • Appointment Booking: Coordinate and book appointments as required.
Technical Proficiency

Proficient in MS Office applications to support daily tasks and communications.

  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong time management abilities.
Experience Requirements

Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role.
