About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Maple Route Logistics. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our logistics team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the logistics team, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
  • Office Management: Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budgeting and Inventory: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Technology: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, and have experience with data entry.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
