We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASB Law office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide exceptional support to our real estate lawyers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
    • Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and other documents
    • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing and expense tracking
    • Prepare financial statements and reports as required
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
