About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join our team at ASB Law office. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our real estate lawyers and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule and confirm appointments with clients, lawyers, and other stakeholders
    • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations as needed
  • Administrative Support
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems for client files and other documents
    • Prepare and key in correspondence, reports, and other documents as required
    • Review and proofread documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal procedures
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Management
    • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations and financial reporting
    • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Computer and Technology Skills
    • Proficient in MS Word, MS Office, and Adobe Acrobat Reader
    • Experience with electronic mail and MS Outlook
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Work in a fast-paced office environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
    • Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail
  • Personal Qualities
    • Accurate and reliable with excellent organizational skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
