The Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Community Engagement Specialist to join our Personalized Creative team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining, curating, and analyzing a brand's social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our clients' goals and objectives.
  • Lead content calendar planning and regular maintenance, collaborating with our Creative, Design, and client teams.
  • Schedule and post content across a brand's social platforms, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • Write engaging post copy in the brand's tone of voice, showcasing your exceptional writing skills.
  • Stay up-to-date with the competitive and cultural landscape on social media, providing valuable insights to inform our content strategy.
  • Deliver weekly trend reports, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Own community engagement and moderation, responding to users, proactively engaging relevant brand and user accounts, and escalating crisis issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Be a trusted authority on best practices for organic social media, ensuring our content adheres to industry standards.
  • Provide ongoing support to our client teams, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Report on organic performance, analyzing data and leveraging insights from regular reports to consistently improve performance.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a community/social media management role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Familiarity with Airtable and Sprout, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • A deep passion for social media, with a strong understanding of its potential and limitations.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content.
  • Experience providing inspiration and guidance to colleagues, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Able to remain focused under pressure, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • A love for learning and teaching new things, with a strong desire to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
  • Great interpersonal and listening skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients.
