Job Description

EightSix Network is a leading organization in the field of community relations and stakeholder engagement. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, Community Relations Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Community Relations Specialist will be responsible for leading and supporting the development and implementation of our communications and engagement plan, including stakeholder management. This role will involve working closely with our team to identify and engage with key stakeholders, develop and implement effective engagement strategies, and build strong relationships with our community partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive communications and engagement plan that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders, including community groups, businesses, and government agencies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our community partners, including building trust and credibility.
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective engagement strategies, including public outreach and education programs.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and engagement efforts, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Represent EightSix Network at community events and meetings, and provide updates to our stakeholders on our progress and achievements.
Requirements
  • University degree in a related field, such as communications, public relations, or business administration.
  • Significant experience in community relations and stakeholder engagement, including experience in developing and implementing communications and engagement plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to build strong relationships with our community partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our communications and engagement efforts.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, including the ability to collaborate with our team to develop and implement effective engagement strategies.
