Position Overview

As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals in their journey towards successful reintegration into society. Your expertise will be crucial in developing and implementing effective rehabilitation strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the potential for clients' successful community reintegration
  • Design and oversee rehabilitation initiatives, establishing clear conduct guidelines, objectives, and targets
  • Identify and assess clients' skill sets and areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate program statistics for evaluation and research purposes
  • Provide assistance to clients with special requirements
